Terms and Conditions

Last updated June 19, 2025

Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the customer (“Client”) and Go RV Solar (“the Company”), and govern the sale, installation, and support of RV solar systems provided by the Company.

1. Estimates and Pricing

a) All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
b) Prices quoted are subject to change due to ongoing market volatility and international trade policies affecting solar equipment. Current U.S. trade regulations may result in additional tariffs ranging from 41.56% to 375.19% on certain imported solar components.
c) Final pricing may be adjusted to reflect any changes in applicable tariffs, duties, or trade restrictions imposed before installation. Additionally, any customer-requested modifications to the system design or scope after estimate approval may result in revised pricing and adjustments to the installation schedule.
d) Pricing reflects a standard RV solar installation. Because each RV may have unique configurations, additional materials, wiring, or labor may be required. In such cases, the Company will notify the customer as early as possible. While every effort is made to identify these requirements in advance, unforeseen adjustments may be necessary during installation. The company will communicate promptly and work with the client to agree on a suitable solution.

2. Equipment and Materials

a) Equipment specifications and availability are subject to change based on supply chain conditions and trade restrictions.
b) Solar panels and components may be sourced from various manufacturers to ensure optimal availability and pricing.
c) In the event of supply chain disruptions or trade policy changes, equivalent or superior replacement equipment may be substituted with customer notification.
d) In the event that a specified component is discontinued prior to procurement, the Company reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or superior product. Customers will be notified prior to any such substitution.

3. Installation and Timeline

a) Installation schedules are subject to equipment availability, weather conditions, and RV-specific factors such as roof condition, accessibility, and readiness of the vehicle. Any issues with RV positioning, structural limitations, or required maintenance may impact the installation timeline.
b) Project timelines may be affected by current market conditions and supply chain factors influenced by international trade policies.
c) The Company will communicate any significant delays or changes promptly to clients.
d) The client is responsible for ensuring the RV is accessible and in suitable condition for installation on the scheduled date. This includes ensuring the RV roof is clean and free of obstructions. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling and additional service fees.
e) For mobile installations, additional travel and lodging costs may apply. These charges will be discussed and disclosed during the quoting process.

4. Payment Terms

a) A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to secure equipment and installation scheduling.
b) The remaining 50% is due at project completion before release of the vehicle.

5. Warranty and Performance

a) Manufacturer warranties remain valid and transferable where applicable.
b) System performance estimates are based on current conditions and may vary.
c) The Company provides a 90-day workmanship warranty for installation services, beginning on the date of project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration, external events, accidents, improper maintenance, or third-party repairs not authorized by the Company.
d) Each installation includes complimentary support for 90 days from the date of project completion. During this period, clients may contact the Company for assistance with questions, troubleshooting, or minor adjustments related to the installed system. Following the 90-day period, extended support services will be available through an optional subscription plan.

6. Trade Policy Notice

a) Pricing is based on current supplier rates and trade regulations at the time of estimate. The Company uses supplier-provided pricing, which may already include the effects of certain tariffs and trade policies.
b) After receiving a nonrefundable 50% deposit, the Company typically purchases key components—such as batteries, solar panels, and inverters—promptly. In some cases, purchases may be grouped to take advantage of bulk pricing.
c) If any equipment becomes unavailable or subject to major price changes due to new tariffs, trade rules, or supply chain issues, the Company may recommend substitutions or revised pricing. These changes will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.
d) Clients understand that some cost or availability changes may occur without notice due to shifting global trade conditions. If such changes render the original project plan unworkable, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or adjust the installation timeline.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

a) Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
b) All deposits are nonrefundable once the project is scheduled and components are ordered.
c) Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the scheduled drop-off date will incur a $1,000 rescheduling fee.
d) Refunds are not issued for cancellations after installation work has begun.

8. Force Majeure

a) The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions or trade restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor disputes
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
9. Post-Installation Support

a) Each installation includes 90 days of complimentary support from the date of completion.
b) Support includes troubleshooting and responses to questions related to the installed system.
c) After the 90-day period, clients may enroll in an optional subscription support plan for continued assistance. Details will be provided prior to the end of the support period.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Polk County.
b) Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, litigation will proceed in Polk County, Florida.
