Go RV Solar Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 19, 2026

Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Carletti Enterprises LLC, doing business as Go RV Solar (“Go RV Solar,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or entity accessing our website, communicating with us, requesting an estimate, purchasing products, or receiving services from us (“Client,” “customer,” “you,” or “your”).

These Terms govern:

  • Your use of the Go RV Solar website at https://gorvsolar.com/

  • Quote and consultation requests

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Email, telephone, voicemail, and text-message communications

  • The sale, design, installation, repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of solar and mobile power systems

  • Any related products or services provided by Go RV Solar

Additional terms may appear in an estimate, proposal, invoice, service agreement, financing agreement, warranty, or other project-specific document. When a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written agreement will control for that project.

By using our website, submitting information to us, approving an estimate, paying a retainer, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Go RV Solar provides custom solar and mobile power systems and related electrical services for RVs, motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, camper vans, bus conversions, cargo trailers, work trailers, concession trailers, food trucks, and other appropriate vehicle types.

Services may include:

  • Solar system design and installation

  • Lithium battery upgrades

  • Inverter and inverter-charger installations

  • Solar panel and charge-controller installations

  • Electrical system upgrades

  • System monitoring equipment

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics

  • Repairs and maintenance

  • Equipment replacement or expansion

  • Consultations, estimates, and post-installation support

The availability and suitability of any product or service depends on the vehicle, its existing systems, the requested scope of work, equipment availability, safety considerations, and the results of our evaluation.

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. Website descriptions, package information, examples, pricing, articles, videos, and other content do not constitute a binding estimate, engineering specification, warranty, or guarantee that a particular system or service is appropriate for your vehicle.

2. Estimates and Pricing

2.1 Estimate Validity

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

2.2 Pricing Changes

Quoted prices may be subject to change because of:

  • Supplier price changes

  • Equipment availability

  • Tariffs, duties, or trade restrictions

  • Shipping and transportation costs

  • Manufacturer changes

  • Customer-requested changes

  • Changes in the approved project scope

  • Previously undisclosed or unforeseen vehicle conditions

  • Additional materials, wiring, equipment, or labor required to complete the work safely and properly

Go RV Solar will communicate material pricing changes before proceeding with additional work whenever reasonably possible.

2.3 Vehicle-Specific Conditions

Every vehicle is different. Estimates are based on the information reasonably available when the estimate is prepared.

Additional costs may arise if installation reveals conditions that could not reasonably have been identified in advance, including:

  • Inaccessible wiring or components

  • Inadequate existing wiring

  • Damaged or unsafe electrical systems

  • Structural limitations

  • Water intrusion or deterioration

  • Prior modifications

  • Improperly installed equipment

  • Obstructions or insufficient installation space

  • Additional fabrication or mounting requirements

When additional work is required, Go RV Solar will communicate with the Client and obtain approval before materially expanding the project scope, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent injury or property damage.

2.4 Taxes and Government Charges

The Client is responsible for applicable sales taxes, government fees, permit fees, duties, tariffs, or similar charges unless expressly included in the written estimate.

3. Equipment and Materials

3.1 Availability

Equipment specifications and availability are subject to change because of supply-chain conditions, manufacturer availability, discontinued products, shipping delays, trade restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3.2 Product Substitutions

If specified equipment becomes unavailable or is discontinued before procurement, Go RV Solar may recommend an equivalent or superior replacement.

The Client will be notified before a material substitution is made. A substitution may result in a pricing or scheduling adjustment.

3.3 Manufacturer Variations

Product dimensions, finishes, features, software, applications, documentation, and specifications may be changed by manufacturers without notice.

3.4 Third-Party Products

Products manufactured by third parties are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties, limitations, registration requirements, and support procedures.

Go RV Solar does not control manufacturer warranty decisions, software updates, cloud-service availability, application compatibility, product discontinuations, or changes made by third-party manufacturers.

4. Installation and Project Timeline

4.1 Scheduling

Installation dates and completion timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.

Scheduling may be affected by:

  • Equipment availability

  • Shipping or supplier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Vehicle accessibility

  • Vehicle readiness

  • Roof or structural conditions

  • Previously undisclosed conditions

  • Customer-requested project changes

  • Emergencies, illness, or staffing limitations

  • Events outside Go RV Solar’s reasonable control

Go RV Solar will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays or changes.

4.2 Vehicle Readiness

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible and reasonably ready for work on the scheduled date.

This may include:

  • Delivering the correct vehicle at the agreed time and location

  • Providing all necessary keys, access codes, and instructions

  • Removing personal belongings that interfere with the work

  • Providing access to electrical compartments, storage areas, batteries, and equipment

  • Ensuring the roof is reasonably clean and accessible

  • Disclosing known damage, leaks, electrical problems, structural concerns, or previous modifications

  • Ensuring that the vehicle is safe to enter and work on

Failure to provide a ready and accessible vehicle may result in delays, additional labor charges, storage charges, or rescheduling fees.

4.3 Mobile Installations

When Go RV Solar agrees to perform work outside its normal shop location, travel, lodging, mileage, transportation, or related expenses may apply. These charges will be disclosed during the quoting process whenever reasonably possible.

4.4 Completion and Vehicle Release

A project is considered substantially complete when the contracted products and services have been installed or performed, subject to minor adjustments, punch-list items, product registration, or follow-up support.

The vehicle will not be released until all amounts due have been paid unless Go RV Solar agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide true, complete, and accurate information

  • Promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate

  • Disclose known vehicle damage, leaks, defects, modifications, or electrical problems

  • Provide lawful access to the vehicle and work area

  • Review estimates, specifications, and invoices before approving work

  • Obtain authorization from the vehicle owner when the Client is not the owner

  • Follow operating, maintenance, charging, storage, and safety instructions

  • Use installed equipment only for its intended purpose

  • Avoid modifying or allowing others to modify the system without appropriate qualifications

  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the vehicle and its contents

  • Remove valuables, firearms, hazardous materials, perishables, and sensitive personal belongings before service

The Client is responsible for damage, delays, or additional expenses caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or undisclosed information.

6. Payments and Billing

6.1 Project Retainer

A nonrefundable retainer equal to 50% of the approved project price is required to secure equipment and reserve installation scheduling unless otherwise stated in writing.

The retainer may be used for:

  • Project planning

  • Equipment procurement

  • Material purchases

  • Administrative preparation

  • Reserved installation capacity

  • Supplier commitments

  • Other project-related expenses

6.2 Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before release of the vehicle unless a different payment schedule is stated in writing.

6.3 Additional Work

Approved changes, unforeseen conditions, requested additions, and additional labor or materials may be added to the final balance.

6.4 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods and any applicable processing charges will be identified on the estimate, invoice, or payment request.

6.5 Returned or Disputed Payments

The Client is responsible for charges associated with returned payments, unauthorized payment reversals, collection activity, or improper chargebacks to the extent permitted by law.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, the Client agrees to contact Go RV Solar at info@gorvsolar.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

6.6 Financing

Financing may be offered through an independent third-party provider. Financing is subject to the provider’s application, approval, interest rates, terms, privacy practices, and separate agreement.

Go RV Solar does not make credit decisions and is not responsible for the financing provider’s approval, denial, rates, servicing, or collection practices.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

7.1 Written Notice

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@gorvsolar.com.

7.2 Nonrefundable Retainer

The project retainer is nonrefundable once the project is scheduled and equipment or materials have been ordered, reserved, or otherwise committed to the project.

7.3 Rescheduling Fee

A rescheduling request made within 14 days of the scheduled vehicle drop-off or installation date will incur a $1,000 rescheduling fee.

A new installation date is subject to availability.

7.4 Work Already Performed

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after installation or other project work has begun.

The Client remains responsible for:

  • Labor already performed

  • Products or materials already ordered

  • Restocking or return fees

  • Shipping costs

  • Custom or nonreturnable products

  • Administrative and project-planning work

  • Any other nonrecoverable project expenses

7.5 Company Cancellation

Go RV Solar may suspend or cancel a project when continuing the work would be unsafe, unlawful, impractical, or inconsistent with the approved scope.

Any refund or credit will be determined based on the work completed, products ordered, expenses incurred, and the circumstances of the cancellation.

8. Trade Policy and Supply-Chain Notice

Pricing is based on supplier rates, product availability, shipping costs, and trade regulations in effect when an estimate is prepared.

Supplier pricing may already reflect tariffs, duties, or other trade-related charges.

After receiving the project retainer, Go RV Solar may purchase or reserve major components, including batteries, solar panels, inverters, chargers, controllers, monitoring equipment, and installation materials. Purchases may be grouped with other orders to obtain pricing or shipping efficiencies.

If equipment becomes unavailable or pricing changes materially, Go RV Solar may propose:

  • Replacement equipment

  • Revised pricing

  • A modified system design

  • A revised installation schedule

  • A partial project credit or refund when appropriate

No material substitution or price increase will be made without notifying the Client.

9. Warranty and System Performance

9.1 Workmanship Warranty

Go RV Solar provides a 90-day workmanship warranty beginning on the date of project completion unless a different warranty is stated in writing.

The Client may be responsible for product registration, documentation, shipping, removal, reinstallation, diagnostic labor, or other expenses not covered by the manufacturer.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy at https://gorvsolar.com/privacy-policy/.

12. SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Polk County, Florida, before initiating litigation, unless immediate court action is reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent irreparable harm, pursue a construction or mechanic’s lien remedy, collect an undisputed debt, or satisfy an applicable filing deadline.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any lawsuit must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Polk County, Florida.

Each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified and enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Go RV Solar.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Go RV Solar.

Go RV Solar may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, transfer of ownership, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
