Meet the Crew That Turns RVs On
The Great Outdoors Solar crew is where serious skills meet a not-so-serious attitude.
We’re built on a foundation of deep technical know-how and a shared obsession with helping RVers live their best off-grid lives.
From dialing in every wire to managing the madness behind the scenes, we bring decades of hands-on experience, sharp attention to detail, and a whole lot of personality to every install. Whether we’re working in the shop, in the field, or behind a laptop, you can count on clear communication, creative problem-solving, and a no-BS approach to getting it done right.
Bottom line? We take your power seriously—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We turn your RV ON. 🔌⚡
The Power Couple

Jason Carletti
If it has wires, Jason’s probably fixed it, installed it, or made it better. With a background in all things low voltage and more RV inspections than most folks have road trips, he’s the hands-on leader who keeps the sparks flying—in a good way.

Lisa Carletti
Lisa runs the show behind the scenes, juggling spreadsheets, systems, and strategy like a boss (because she is one). Whether she’s streamlining systems or managing the madness, Lisa tackles it all with unapologetic directness and a talent for turning chaos into controlled motion.

Adam Radford
Adam’s the guy who wires it right the first time—no shortcuts, no nonsense, just clean, dialed-in installs that work like a dream. He’s been with Great Outdoors Solar since the early days, helping launch the operation and setting the bar high with his methodical approach and obsession with doing things right.

BJ Barnes
BJ rolls up ready to install solar and crush it—engineering brain, military discipline, and a drone pilot’s eye for detail all in one. Whether he’s wiring a rig or snapping the perfect shot, he brings brains, brawn, and balance to every job.

Joe Elser
From tugboats to tech tools, Joe’s a jack-of-all-trades who jumps in wherever he’s needed—and somehow makes it look easy. With an outgoing personality and nearly 200 RV inspections under his belt, he’s the crew’s go-to guy for getting things done (and keeping things fun).
